The latest Miami real estate goings-on from our sister site Curbed Miami

1. Terminal Island: A Lord Norman Foster-designed condo and deepwater marina could transform a City of Miami Beach industrial shipyard. The project requires an amendment to the city's Future Land Use Map and has already triggered traffic-concerned hysteria. The city has not yet said whether it will consider the project, so stay tuned!

2. Palm Beach Ivana Trump, mother of Ivanka, Eric and Donald Jr., has listed one of Palm Beach's great old palatial homes designed by society architect Addison Mizner for himself in 1921. It's $18.9 million, and includes a fabulous underground tunnel from the house to the beach.
