A credible source has revealed that Brickell CityCentre is getting a Neiman Marcus and an Apple store. According to our source, Neiman Marcus will be taking over three floors of the 520,000-square-foot retail space reserved, which may or may not surprise you, seeing as the owners of Bal Harbour are co-developing the project.
But before you announce this to your gals over brunch, a few days ago ExMiami received a tip that a Saks Fifth Avenue would be anchoring the mall, which leaves us a bit perplexed. Is Brickell CityCentre getting a Neiman, a Saks, or both?
While no official information has been released about either store opening, it's pretty clear that Brickell's future shopping mecca is getting at least one luxury department store. What we can for sure confirm is that Apple will be opening there, which means that Brickell's residents no longer have to travel to South Beach or Aventura when their phones mysteriously disappear.
