Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Retail has extended all the way to the southernmost end of NE 2nd Ave in Wynwood with D-KONCEPT, an "avant-garde concept store" that seems to have opened during Art Basel. The store has Parisian roots and carries an eclectic inventory of European brands and hand-sourced French products, because what's more tres chic than diamond candles?
We're told you can find anything from JC de Castelbajac's extremely fun and printed garments to Kzeniya's geometric handbags straight from the streets of London. Other things you can find? American Retro's elegant garments, Twins for Peace's socially conscious, super stylish shoes, and a slate of other brands that promise to have that edgy, eccentric European edge. There will, of course, be tea involved, because this is Miami and we're rather laissez-faire.
