This morning at 8am, the Alexander Wang x H&M collab officially landed in stores. Below, Racked Miami editor Ashley Brozic reported live from the frenzy on Lincoln Road.
So it seems the frenzy for Alexander Wang X H&M in Miami was reserved for only the fiercest, most dedicated fashion fiends. I secured my spot in line at 7:25am this morning at H&M on Lincoln Road, and at that point there were only about 80 or so people in front of me— microscopic in comparison the the frenzy that went on in New York and San Francisco. A group in the front told me that there were only about eight of them who were camping out as early as 8pm on Wednesday night, and by the time I arrived I was the first within the third group of wristbands to enter (yay to team red!), which really isn't bad at all, as they kept restocking with each group that went in.
The crowd was dude heavy, people stocked up on leggings, body con dresses, and bras, and after the third group went in there was enough opportunity to reenter two, even three more times, which means that you could probably find some great things if you check in on your lunch break. Click through for the full Twitter play-by-play, and if you know something we don't (like which store is carrying those super cool long sleeved, perforated shirts, or possibly more socks), tweet at us, or drop a line in the tip jar.
Line has gotten only slightly longer. There's still hope to grab those super sleek leggings... pic.twitter.com/96EsSKsLSH— Racked Miami (@RackedMiami) November 6, 2014
@Kellan_luvs_u she was misinformed. They've restocked after every group! Right now stock's full in comparison to the first two groups.— Racked Miami (@RackedMiami) November 6, 2014
