So here's the scoop on how and where to shop Alexander Wang X H&M in Miami. The collection will be released on November 6, at which point you'll only be able to score the futuristic, black and grey duds at Lincoln Road and at Aventura Mall. Otherwise, you'll have to go as far as West Palm Beach or Orlando, unless you want to head out of state into Georgia. But there are rules, ladies and gentlemen.
According to the website, the first 420 people in line will be given a colored bracelet and will be enter in groups of 30. You'll have 15 minutes to shop the collection (so start scoping out what you'd like. We see you, super sleek body-con dress). Only those wearing the bracelets can shop it until the last group of 30 goes in. Once that happens, everyone can snatch up what's been left over. If you're not shopping H&M and do not have a wristband, you may roam around the store freely. Get there a few hours early to secure your spot.
An H&M rep revealed that every store will be carrying the entire collection, so if you had your eye on those sleek boxing gloves, rest assured you'll find them at Lincoln Road and at Aventura. But beware! You are limited to only two items per product (i.e. two shoes sizes, or two of the same accessory). You'll have seven days to return your items with a valid receipt.
UPDATE: A brand rep confirmed that H&M stores will be opening at 8am tomorrow. Our suggestion? Glamp out overnight, or prepare to wake up in the wee hours in the morning. Like, wee hours in the morning. Don't even wait to hear the rooster crow. Just go.
