Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for: more parking at Dolphin Mall! Five additional restaurants will be added as well, but we'll get to that soon. The huge renovation is set to bring 1,210 new parking spots to the mall by fall 2015 (it currently has about 7,400 free spaces) and construction is going in phases.

Phase one is taking place right now and should be over by the end of the month. The mall is transforming two vacant parcels of land into 360 new parking spots near Forever 21 and Marshalls HomeGoods. They're also improving the efficiency of existing valet parking on the east side of the Ramblas Plaza, where the Dave and Busters is.

Phase two is a little more comprehensive. Beginning in January 2015, they'll be constructing an 850 space parking deck near Sports Authority and adding a second valet location to serve the five new restaurants taking up 32,000 square feet of new terrain. This includes BRIO Tuscan Grille, Burger & Beer Joint, Cabo Flats Cantina & Tequila Bar, and Kona Grill. All in all it seems like a great add, just try not to go shopping after a few rounds at Cabo Flats. Nothing good can come of it.
