Key Biscayne just got sweeter. This Saturday, the island welcomes in a new candy shop, Smooshies, with enough gummy frogs, Swedish fish and head-sized lollipops to put CVS out of business.

Ok, that's pushing it, but the store is a sweet addition to the key. Consider it less of a one-stop candy shop, and more of a family-oriented place where you can bring your kids to hang out. "I want to create a fun candy store for children where they can hook up to Wi-Fi, do math homework, or just have fun with friends after school," Alibhai says. Make sure they finish their times tables before you feed them any Sour Patch Kids though.

But this concept isn't just for kids. Inside you'll find treats for adults too, like cafe con leche, teas, and gourmet bites baked by Gigi herself. You'll also find gluten-free, sugar-free, and organic candy, so literally no one could possibly leave the store unhappy, unless said person was on a serious, serious diet. While the store officially opens on Halloween (their October 4 opening is a soft one), a store rep reports that the taffy is already a crowd favorite. Head on in this Saturday for the ultimate pre-Halloween sugar rush!
