KENDALL— Three stylists, two challenges, one show. This Thursday, October 2, from 6:30 to 8pm, Target at Dadeland Station is hosting its #TargetStyle event, wherein three of Miami's biggest bloggers, Ginger Harris, Maria Tettamanti and Annie Vazquez, will undergo the challenge of building the perfect Fall wardrobe for Miami. They even have Marie Claire and E! News on board, as Zanna Roberts Rassi will be hosting. Oh, and there will be in-store surprises, like a photo booth, beauty bar, and giveaways from Pixi. As Maria Tettamanti says, "it's part party, part fashion showdown." RSVP here. [Racked Inbox]

LITTLE HAITI— Need a reason to whip out your poodle skirt? Every Tuesday, Via Verdi Cucina Rustica hosts its Retro Martini Tuesdays party, which pairs 50s-inspired cocktails with a fashion show by vintage store L.A. Boudoir. A DJ spins, food and drink specials abound and you are highly encouraged to don your best A-line skirt and bobby socks. The jukebox starts playing at 7pm. [Miami New Times]
