Bad news for sneaky parkers in Wynwood. The neighborhood's new parking program rolls out today, which means that visitors hoping to shop, eat and gallery hop will have to pay a standard $1.50 an hour fee if they leave their cars through Northwest 6th Ave., and between Northwest 20th St. and Northwest 29th St. The meters are enforced from 7am until 2am usually, but for the next week Miami Parking Authority will be offering "courtesy" citations, according to New Times.
