E11EVEN Opens Next Week; Uvaggio Wine Bar

1) Downtown: It's got a hydraulic dance stage and flying acrobats and some naked women and 25,000 square feet of get-down-on-it space and it's open 24/7. And that's pretty much all we have to say. Oh, it's called E11EVEN and it opens February 7.

2) Downtown: It's a big week for Downtown news ... The area is also getting a new restaurant and lounge called Imperia, which will have an outdoor garden and plenty of organic menu items. It's owner, Galina Tokareva, calls it "the wicked queen of savoir faire."

3) Coral Gables: Top Chef contestant Bret Pelaggi is opening a Miami restaurant/ wine bar called Uvaggio - sometime in February. Here's a tour of the space in photos.
