Kim Kardashian is not at all pleased that the British are coming, or at least that's what Now Magazine suggests. The British publication states that Kim is threatened by Victoria Beckham possibly opening a store here, as Miami is home to her second Dash location and is considered "her turf.

A source in the article reveals that David Beckham, who is in negotiations to found his own Major League Soccer team here, is trying to lure his wife and former Spice Girl into a Miami move by granting her a boutique hotel and store, and that David aims to please Victoria as he goes after his dream of owning a football club.

It's not surprising that the designer and Bambi winner would consider launching a store in the U.S., as she's opening an office in New York this year. What is surprising is that she'd pick our palm tree lined paradise to house her first continental location. Either way, it's a move that would help transition Miami into a respected city in the fashion industry and, if the rumor is true, it's one British invasion we're ready to welcome. Sorry Kim.
