Artistic and edgy aren't exactly the adjectives you'd use to describe Gap, but the major retailer joined the roster of brands attaching their names to artistic ventures during Basel by teaming up with Visionaire, a fashion and art magazine that's previous issues have been edible, wearable, indestructible and world record breaking to name a few mediums. The two launched the Miami 5, a series of five silver-foiled tees designed by artists including Yoko Ono and Lady Gaga.
The Webster hosted a brunch to launch the collection during Basel because, besides being the apple of the South Beach shopping scene's eye, it is the only boutique in this city to be carrying the exclusive collaboration, besides Gap's flagship store. The tees sell for just $29.99, so if you've always pined for some loot from the Webster and you don't exactly have the G's to drop on a shopping spree, then now is your chance to live out your dream.
